Prince, the Pronghorn

Description

The pronghorn inhabits North America and is primarily found in parts of the Great Plains and Great Basin between Canada to the Mexican border. It is the fastest hoofed animal in North America. In the early 1800’s its popuation was estimated to be 35 million, but with hunting and the expansion of agriculture its population decreased to about 13,000. By restriction on hunting and other conservation measures the population is estimated at one million.
